ACT is committed to reducing poverty and vulnerability, both in France and worldwide, while respecting principles of neutrality, without proselytism or discrimination. We intervene where humanitarian needs are urgent, implementing actions tailored to support the most vulnerable populations.

Our main activities include:

• Food Aid: Distribution of meals and essential goods, especially during critical periods such as Ramadan and Eid al-Adha, to fight hunger in the most deprived communities.
• Zakat al-Mal and Zakat al-Fitr: We facilitate the collection and distribution of Zakat al-Mal (obligatory charity) and Zakat al-Fitr to ensure direct financial assistance to families in need, enabling them to meet their basic needs.
• Access to Drinking Water: Construction of wells in remote and disadvantaged areas where access to water is limited, contributing to the improvement of local living conditions.
• Orphanage: Support for orphaned children by providing essential resources such as food, education, and psychosocial support to ensure a better future for them.
• Sanitation: Implementation of sanitation solutions in regions with insufficient infrastructure, to ensure a healthy environment and prevent diseases related to unsafe water.
• Reforestation: Participation in reforestation projects to restore ecosystems, combat deforestation, and improve the quality of life for local communities.
• Disaster Relief: Rapid response to humanitarian emergencies by providing emergency relief (food, water, shelter) to victims of natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, and droughts.

In addition to these interventions, ACT carries out advocacy actions and implements sustainable development programs to strengthen the resilience of local communities in the face of future crises. We mobilize the generosity of our donors and work in collaboration with local partners to ensure a lasting impact.
